YUKI & DAUGHTERS was founded in 2005 by Yuki Matsuo as an imaginary grocer creating incredibly delicious inedible foods. With a background in fashion design and prop making in Japan, Yuki moved to New York in the early 2000s before returning to Fukuoka, Japan after 20 years abroad.
Each handmade sausage is crafted from scratch with polyester stuffing and served with a touch of humor. These unique decorative sausages make lasting additions to any collection.

I bought this white sausage as a unique decor piece, and it’s quite charming! The polyester material feels sturdy and well-made, though it’s purely for display. At 38cm, it’s a decent size for shelf styling. While expensive at $65, the craftsmanship from Fukuoka justifies the cost. It’s a quirky conversation starter, though I’d compare it more to merrimack vs auburn in terms of uniqueness.
