YUKI & DAUGHTERS was founded in 2005 by Yuki Matsuo as an imaginative grocer creating incredibly detailed inedible food art. After studying fashion design and prop making in Japan, she moved to New York in the early 2000s before returning to Fukuoka, Japan after 20 years abroad.
Each handmade sculpture is crafted from scratch with meticulous attention to detail and a touch of humor. These collectible kielbasa sausages are made from high-quality polyester stuffing and serve as unique decorative pieces that last forever – unlike real sausages.

I bought this kielbasa sculpture for my food art collection and it’s a charming addition. The polyester material feels durable and the stitching is neat. At 13×21.5cm, it’s a nice size for display. While browsing, I was debating between this and a hayley williams vinyl figure, but the unique craftsmanship from Fukuoka won me over. Great value for collectors.
